Issue Summary
WHM login fails with a Leika plugin not found error
Missing file: Plugin/Leika.pm
WHM authentication is disrupted — server panel access is blocked
Root Cause
The Leika.pm plugin module is absent from the cPanel 11.130.0.18 build. When WHM attempts to load this module during authentication, it fails — preventing login entirely.
Recommended Fix
Update to cPanel 11.130.0.20 — the issue is fully resolved in this release
