BuycPanel licenses are provided on a shared licenses. As a result of this setup, we are unable to process refunds once the license has been activated.
To purchase licenses from BuycPanel, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any other security information. You agree to notify BuycPanel immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or other security breaches.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
By purchasing a license from BuycPanel, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software on the specified server(s). The license is shared and may not be used, resold, or transferred to any third party. You agree not to distribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the license available to others without prior written consent from BuycPanel.
You are also required to comply with the End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs the use of software. You can view the EULA on cPanel's website.
All payments for licenses must be made in full and in advance through the payment methods provided on our Website. BuycPanel accepts various forms of payment, including credit cards,UPI, PayPal, and other available payment options.
Pricing: Prices for the licenses are listed on the Website and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Billing Cycle: Licenses are offered on both monthly and annual billing cycles. Payment will be charged according to the selected cycle.
BuycPanel operates under a strict no-refund policy due to the our shared license system. Once your license is activated, no refunds will be issued.
By purchasing a license from BuycPanel, you accept that no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Once you purchase a license, we will provide you with the necessary activation details (such as a license activation command and instructions on activation). Activation typically occurs within minutes, but may take up to 24 hours in some cases.
BuycPanel provides customer support to help with license-related issues, including installation assistance, activation, and troubleshooting.
Support Availability: Our support team is available via email and our ticketing system. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours (business days).
Scope of Support: Our support is limited to matters concerning the license itself. We do not provide assistance with server setup, third-party software, or issues unrelated to the license.
BuycPanel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the services at any time, without prior notice, if:
You breach any provision of these Terms.
You engage in activities that violate BuycPanel’s policies or the rights of others.
Upon termination, you will lose access to your cPanel license and any associated services.
Your use of BuycPanel’s services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
BuycPanel reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated Effective Date. By continuing to use the Website and our services after any changes are made, you accept and agree to the new Terms.
